1.  What is TimeTec Profile?

TimeTec Profile is a cloud-based solution to centralize all your employee details in one place. The solution offers a dynamic data fields that can be customized to suit to every organization’s needs.

2.  Do I need to update my system in order to utilize TimeTec Profile?

Not necessary. TimeTec Profile will be enabled automatically when you use TimeTec solutions, namely TimeTec TA, TimeTec Leave and TimeTec Patrol. However, if you are not using any of the mentioned applications, you can sign up for a 30-day FREE trial or you can subscribe to TimeTec Profile at a very minimal price. (Note: The charge for TimeTec Profile is waived when you use any of the applications mentioned above)

3.  Will TimeTec Profile affect my system in anyway? If yes, how so?

TimeTec Profile lets you to view your company’s user profiles in 2 versions; basic and full. When you are using TimeTec Applications such as TimeTec TA and TimeTec Leave, the basic information will be your default profile view. To view the full profile you need to switch to TimeTec Profile, where you can customize data fields and add more information to build a more complete profile suitable for your organization’s requirements.

4.  If I decided to use TimeTec Profile, would I be imposed with additional subscription fee?

It’s FREE if you are using TimeTec Profile with any of the following TimeTec solutions (TimeTec TA, TimeTec Leave or TimeTec Patrol). However, if you want to use TimeTec Profile only, we offer 10-free user licenses for life and any additional licenses are at a minimal cost. Refer to our pricing page for more information.

5.  Can we choose not to use TimeTec Profile?

TimeTec Profile will be enabled automatically when you use our TimeTec solutions. To utilize the features provided is totally up to you.

6.  If I choose not to use TimeTec Profile, would the other applications still work?

Yes, everything else will definitely work as usual. TimeTec Profile is offered to all TimeTec users to make employees’ information management more dynamic and useful. Hence, we strongly recommend all users to utilize TimeTec Profile to optimize workforce efficiency.

7.  Do you offer TimeTec Profile App on mobile as well?

No. TimeTec Profile is available for viewing and editing in the web only. Simplified information of the employees will appear in staff contact for each TimeTec mobile app like TimeTec TA app and TimeTec Leave app but there is no dedicated mobile application designed for TimeTec Profile.

8.  What other features TimeTec Profile have?

TimeTec Profile lets you customize your employee profile fields according to your company’s requirements, assign users to different applications, set complex organization structure, determine the company hierarchy and more.

9.  If my subscriptions of TimeTec cloud solutions have expired, can I still access TimeTec Profile?

TimeTec Profile is totally FREE if your other TImeTec subscription is active. However, if you decided to terminate the subscriptions of other solutions, you can still access to the free 10-user licenses or you can subscribe to TimeTec Profile. Refer to our pricing page for more information.

10.  Can I simply try other TimeTec solutions if I have a TimeTec Profile account?

Definitely. You can view other available TimeTec solutions in HOME and click any of the solutions to start a 30-day FREE trial account.
